Write for Grey Muzzle Mag
Grey Muzzle Mag is always looking for thoughtful, knowledgeable voices to join our team of contributors. If you're passionate about senior dog care, canine longevity science, or the everyday beauty of life with aging dogs, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
We publish articles across four categories:
- Health & Longevity: Science-backed insights on canine aging, longevity research, preventive care, and canine health science.
- Senior Dogs: Personal stories, mobility and cognitive health guides, breed-specific aging, and celebrating dogs in their golden years.
- Nutrition & Wellness: Supplement deep dives, diet guides, product comparisons, and evidence-based nutrition advice.
- Life Together: Daily routines, lifestyle guides, real owner stories, community perspectives, and the emotional side of dog parenthood.
Our Standards
- We value accuracy over speed. Every health claim should be supported by research or professional expertise.
- We speak to intelligent readers. No dumbing down, no clickbait, no filler.
- We're warm but honest. Personal stories are welcome, but they should always serve the reader.
- We cite sources. If you reference a study, link to it.
- Articles should be 800 to 1,500 words, though longer pieces are welcome if the topic warrants it.
Who We Want to Hear From
- Pet nutritionists and canine health researchers
- Experienced dog owners with genuine stories to share
- Health and science writers with a passion for pets
- Senior dog foster parents and rescue advocates
